The hotel has a good location and on the walking distance you have shopping malls, metro, supermarket, etc. Staff are kind and helpful. They have spacious room and a great advantage is free internet connection +complimentary daily breakfast. The hotel design looks a bit old, specially comparing with the Dubai modern buildings and one can feel the years past, but we were happy and would be back to this hotel for sure.
The only week point I can remember is that the hotel address is not well known by taxi drivers, as it stays behind the main street. So printing the hotel location map helps to get there for the first time.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the location of the hotel in a quiet neighborhood was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. It was away from the hustle and bustle, but still conveniently located near various attractions and transportation options.
The hotel provided a satisfactory experience overall.

Balconies were in a terrible state. Restaurant was more like a Staff Canteen. Kitchen did not get cleaned except emptying the bins

The rooms are big, free internet and very fast, nice pool on the roof. Easy to get by Metro from the airport
If you are going to spend a weekend in Dubai, the hotel is not walking distance to the city center, but on the other hand, it is very close to the metro, so if you do not mind a 10 minutes trip, the place is really good.

The room was not well-maintained and lacked some basic amenities that were expected, like complete cutlery. , the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice, with super comfortable beds and sofa's! Really enjoyed our stay here and it was really good value for money.
We were not given some information that would have made our stay much better. For example, we were not told that we could get a free breakfast during our stay.
